I am a candidate with strong communication, administrative, and technology literacy skills. I was a box office employee for four years at Shenandoah Conservatory, and I was promoted to house manager after my first year of employment. I have years of experience assisting patrons using the ticketing systems Tessitura and Vendini. I was also responsible for the data entry and updates that go along with these technologies. I am highly organized and am able to handle multiple projects with efficacy and care.

I am a fast learner and especially work well under pressure, which is one of my proudest strengths. I was an employee at Tunxis Community College in the admissions department, so I am acclimated to the fast and ever-changing environment of an office. My teleworking skills are especially strong; I am a skilled communicator over the phone, via email, and virtually on calls and video meetings.
